Suzanne is a seasoned research practitioner, with over twenty years experience spanning market research, and user-experience research. Naturally inquisitive and curious by nature Suzanne loves to get answers to questions.
Having been both a research practitioner and commissioner of research she is passionate about the contribution research and design thinking can make to help organisations create and improve experiences for their users.
Suzanne has utilised her analytical skills in a variety of roles including market research, marketing and product development. Prior to joining Optimal Experience at PwC she spent 9 years at Telecom NZ building up an in-depth knowledge of the Internet and telecommunications industry. Across four different roles she had extensive experience in delivering operational outcomes with minimal customer impact, and balancing customer and business needs.
