Ronni is an employment lawyer with almost 15 years’ experience. Her experience is varied, having advised small business, large corporate clients and government departments on both contentious and non-contentious law in both employment law and health and safety.
Ronni brings an operational HR perspective to her legal advice, having worked in both HR and legal roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, NZ Police and Housing New Zealand.
Ronni has a particular interest in Privacy and Official Information Act issues and has advised many clients in these areas. She has also represented clients at mediation on Human Rights matters.
In private practice, Ronni has successfully assisted a number of clients avoid health and safety prosecutions.
