Richard joined Madison in August 2013 as the Business Improvement Manager. He works internally and supports Madison people, developing their capability, and ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and tools they need to provide the best client and candidate experience possible.

Richard has 13 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience gained from some major global corporates and has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business, both from the University of Auckland.
