Matt has been working in recruitment and strategic HR for over 25 years. He has covered extensive experience in Construction, Engineering, Finance and the Health sectors. Matt has held senior strategic talent acquisition positions with Fulton Hogan, ASB Bank, Counties Manukau Health and is currently tasked with running a team at the Northern Regional Alliance who deliver Auckland regional Doctor recruitment and training.
With an extensive background in recruitment, organisational succession planning, leadership and coaching development and workforce development – Matt has a mix of in-house and agency experience and has also been GM for a global recruitment agency brand. Matt has run his own business transformation consultancy and has extensive international sourcing, recruitment innovation and change management adventures under his belt.
