Mark has 28 years recruitment industry experience. He has founded, built and led teams from single office origins to establishing offices throughout NZ & Australia. Mark has kept his interests firmly grounded in the Technology sector having taken these companies from start up to successful exits with large multi-nationals. Lessons learnt have allowed Mark to participate on the advisory boards for both private and public companies in the industry.

Mark continues to invest in and act as a Non-Exec Director for technology led recruitment and consulting firms. He is currently the Chairman of the global ‘talent for innovation’ group Mitchellake with offices in Australia, Singapore, San Francisco and the UK. He also Chairs Technology People Group with offices in Sydney and London and the Sydney based BI/Data Analytics consultancy Novon.
