Over the last 6 years Kirsti has worked in the online space, predominately in the recruitment industry with particular emphasis on using social media in recruitment.

In July 2012 SocialSauce was born – a leading social recruitment consultancy covering the New Zealand and Australian markets. SocialSauce specialises in social recruitment and recruitment technology.

In April 2013 Kirsti joined Vend, a Kiwi start-up success story and global software exporter as Head of Talent. Since joining Vend has grown from 39 – 90 with offices now in Melbourne, Toronto and San Francisco as well as the Auckland HQ. At Vend and in this role there’s a huge emphasis on culture, employer branding and technology which is what Kirsti will be sharing with us at IT18.
