As the senior director of Employer Brand and Marketing for ADP, Jenny DeVaughn is instrumental in driving the global employment brand, digital, mobile and social media strategies that set the company apart as an employer of choice. A pioneer in Human Capital Management (HCM) and business process outsourcing, ADP serves more than 610,000 clients in 100 countries.
In her previous role at Randstad Sourceright, DeVaughn helped RPO clients around the world use effective interactive marketing strategies as the Sr. Director, Employment Branding, Mobile and Social Media. DeVaughn was the Social Media manager for at Waste Management where she was responsible for supporting internal and external communication strategies for all of company’s social media platforms, including community relations, marketing, customer experience, and talent acquisition. Earlier in her career, DeVaughn was director of Social Strategy at Bernard Hodes Group. There she helped organizations and its leaders leverage digital tools to enhance their brands and gain a competitive recruiting advantage.
Historically ranked as one of LinkedIn’s top ten most connected women, DeVaughn’s professional values are heavily rooted in the value of networking. An often sought-after industry expert, she has shared invaluable insight on social media, marketing, communication, and branding at SXSW, LinkedIn Talent Connect, The Conference Board, SHRM Conferences, and at Facebook’s headquarters. Her comments were featured in Wall Street Journal, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and on NBC, among others.
