Holly leads the Talent Acquisition team at Lion (function of 15 across Australia and NZ), ultimately responsible for employment branding, attraction and acquisition strategies and leadership of the function. Her team covers all business units across Lion – including Beer Cider and Wine Aus, Beer Spirits and Wine NZ and Dairy and Drinks.

Her team develop strategies that continually improve Lion’s pipeline of future leaders. I play a key role in supporting the Talent Strategy to attract engage and grow great people and create an environment in which they can flourish. Our purpose is to deliver business solutions by championing our people brands and delivering a strategic approach to sourcing and engaging great people for today and tomorrow so that we can meet our business goals.
