Hassanah Rudd is a highly experienced, driven and successful senior Talent Acquisition Manager, with over 20 years in the recruitment field. Having worked within the agency environment for over 15 years, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Hassanah previously led the Australian Recruitment team for Fletcher Building, supporting the business of 7,000 staff for nearly two years. The pull of the technology sector and wanting to be part of one of the largest technology infrastructure projects Australia has ever seen saw her join nbn™ as the Recruitment Operations Manager, and, most recently, Talent Acquisition Manager where she leads the team of Recruitment Business Partners and Strategic Sourcing Consultants.

Coupled with a passion for and love of the talent acquisition field, Hassanah is also commercially astute, serving on two boards; she was an active member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors prior to moving to Australia four years ago. Hassanah is able to offer organisations insight and knowledge into workforce planning, business process excellence and talent acquisition strategies that promote a positive employer brand, sustainable workforce frameworks and achievable commercial and financial targets. Hassanah has also recently joined the Sydney Recruitment Meetup as a co organiser.
