Hamish and the HainesAttract team are now 24 months into being a privately owned New Zealand business, a key part of that change has been the ability to launch several new solutions, and innovations. One being Workhere.co.nz, which is attracting off shore talent, and growing candidate communities, and a key part of Workhere has been storytelling to the world, through video content.  And during this time Hamish has done a volume of work in video, and digital delivery,  all of which has changed their view on the concept and relevance of employer brand.
