Gina has over 13 years of experience across a range of HR functions including leadership of a local and international team.  She use creativity, multiple perspectives and organisational skills to lead the delivery and implementation of customer-centric HR solutions. Currently, this involves leading the in-house recruitment function at ANZ; one of NZ’s largest organisations.
