HOW TO BUY A TICKET
To attend #RHUBNZ you need to buy a ticket and be registered. You can pay either by credit card, Paypal or direct bank deposit. Join hundreds of sourcing practitioners in Amsterdam. Buy Ticket here
DO I GET AN INVOICE
Yes, you will automatically get an invoice if you choose to pay by BANK DEPOSIT. If you use credit card to pay then we will send you an invoice only if you request for one.
DO I GET SENT A PHYSICAL TICKET?
NO, we don’t have physical paper tickets. If you bought a ticket you will receive a pdf ticket or we will send a confirmation email. We will be in touch to confirm whose name will be on the name badge a few weeks before the event starts.
CANCELLATION OF TICKETS
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
– Should you wish to cancel your registration at least 30 days before the commencement of the event, we’ll refund you in full minus a €100 admin fee.
– If you cancel within 30 days of the event, we’ll refund 25% of the purchase price.
– If you cancel within 7 days of the event, or do a no-show on the day of the event, you’ll be liable for the full purchase price.
CHANGE TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION
– In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of Destination Talent is limited to the return of paid fees.
– DestinationTalent may alter the times, dates and speakers of this event by notice to you at any time.
– While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, DestinationTalent will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.
– We reserve the right to refuse any organisation to buy tickets

TICKET SHARING & TRANSFER
TICKET SHARING
Ticket sharing is possible. If you want to share a ticket between two person, there is a fee of €150 on top of the ticket price. Please notify us if you intend on sharing a ticket.
TICKET TRANSFER
If you’ve booked but then can’t attend, it’s fine for another person to attend in your place as long as you let us know beforehand. A small admin fee of €20 will be charged for all transfers, unless it’s within 100 hours of the event where the fee will be €100.
WHERE CAN I GET MY NAME BADGE?
You can collect name badge at the registration desk on day one. Reception desk will be open from 8:00-8:45 AM. The first speaker will take the stage at 9:00 AM. Turn up early and network with other delegates and speakers over coffee.
HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST?
Ticket price varies according to the time you bought one. Those who bought early will enjoy low price and those leaving it to the last will have to pay significantly more. Ticket price range:
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKETS?
We only accept New Zealand dollar . You can choose to pay by credit card or direct bank deposit (after we generate an invoice). All the options are available on our registration page
If you pay by credit card it will incur a 2.9% fee and booking fee.
WHAT DOES THE TICKET PRICE INCLUDES
The cost of a ticket includes two day attendance for #RHUBNZ (including all the catering) . The fee does not include cost for special workshops and other social dinner events.
REGISTERING THE CORRECT ATTENDEE
Did you buy a ticket for someone else in the company? Have you decided who is attending from your company? If someone else bought a ticket on your behalf and you are unsure if you are registered please contact us to register the person attending the event.

After buying a ticket ensuring the right person is registered to attend the event is important. Please contact us to register the person attending the event.
HOW TO CHANGE NAME OF A DELEGATE
Changing names of delegates is easy. Just contact us with the details. Please ensure name changes are made at least a week before the event starts.
DO I GET A PHYSICAL TICKET?
NO, we don’t have physical paper tickets. If you bought a ticket you will get a name badge at the venue. We will be in touch to confirm whose name will be on the name badge a few weeks before the event starts.
DO I GET A NAME BADGE?
YES, every registered delegate will get a name badge. Just turn up at the venue and collect your name badge at the registration desk. As long as you are registered, your name badge will be waiting for you at reception.

WILL PRESENTATION SLIDES BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE EVENT?
Yes. Presentation slides will be emailed a day after the event.
Please note some some speakers may not share their slides. In such a case, we will let delegates know beforehand.
WILL THE TALKS BE ONLY IN ENGLISH?
Yes, all the talks will be conducted in English. We do have a delegates from over 50 countries so there a wide range of language spoken.
WILL ALL SESSIONS AT THE EVENT BE RECORDED?
All the sessions will not be recorded. It’s likely only the main session will be recorded. There is no guarantee that a particular talk at the event will be recorded.
WHERE CAN I GET THE VIDEOS
Delegates will have free access to the event videos for one month after the event ends. After the free access ends, rights need to be bought to view the talks.
WILL PHOTOS BE TAKEN?
Yes we will have a dedicated photographer throughout the event. Photos taken at the event will be available to the public

FOOD & CATERING
The event is fully catered. Tea/coffee will be served on arrival. There will be a morning tea break, lunch, afternoon tea and networking drinks. The menu will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.
SPECIAL DIET
We are happy to make alternative arrangements for those who have special dietary requirements. If you have special dietary requirements please contact us before the event starts.
NETWORKING DRINKS
Yes we are big on networking. It’s a great opportunity to meet other recruiters and make new friends. There will be networking drinks after the day’s proceedings are over. Stay tuned for more announcement. We trust that lasting connections and friendships will be formed at #RHUBNZ
