Team Manager – Recruitment
As manager of a national recruitment team Warren Young leads the planning and delivery of full service recruitment team covering entry level positions to second-tier appointments.
Over the past ten years in banking, distribution, and the public sector he has developed recruitment strategies, metrics, sourcing and selection plans, and optimisation projects to improve the quality and efficiency of talent programmes including workforce planning and reporting initiatives. He is regularly sought out, particularly in the public sector, for advice on talent acquisition and selection model design.
At Inland Revenue since 2010, his recent achievements include the development of a portfolio resource management model, capability frameworks and functional models. He has been instrumental at influencing the thinking for workforce planning and sponsored the building of this capability across the organisation.
Warren holds a Masters in Public Administration, a course of study which included a focus on cross-agency collaboration.
